Jackman, 56, kept it casual in a black zip-up jacket, gray shirt, and white jeans, while Foster, 49, opted for a tan trench coat and an olive-colored dress. Both looked happy and relaxed as they enjoyed their evening together.
Broadway Co-Stars Turned Couple
Jackman and Foster starred together in The Music Man on Broadway from December 2021 to January 2023. Their on-stage chemistry has now carried into real life, following personal changes in their respective lives.
Jackman announced his split from Deborra-Lee Furness, his wife of 27 years, in September 2023. The former couple shares two adopted children: Oscar, 24, and Ava, 19.
Foster filed for divorce from her husband of 10 years, screenwriter Ted Griffin, last month. She shares a 7-year-old adopted daughter, Emily, with Griffin.
Romantic Timeline
Speculation about Jackman and Foster’s relationship began during their Broadway run. According to a source, Jackman’s ex-wife had suspicions about their connection, and those close to the Broadway community were aware of their growing closeness but respected their privacy.
“They are 100% together and deeply in love,” a source told Page Six. “They’re committed to spending their lives together but are taking things carefully, especially for their kids.”
The couple recently became more open about their relationship. Last weekend, Jackman was seen attending Foster’s performance in Once Upon a Mattress at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles.
Past Praise for Each Other
While promoting The Music Man, the two often spoke highly of one another. On Late Night with Seth Meyers in May 2022, Foster shared, “The show is so joyful, and I’m having the time of my life playing opposite this guy.”
Foster also mentioned in a separate interview how they bonded backstage before shows, saying, “We’ve become really good friends. We’d hang out in my dressing room and just catch up—it’s been one of the best parts of the experience.”
With their relationship now public, Jackman and Foster appear ready to embrace their next chapter together.
